KHEE VIDYA is a dynamic organisation specialising in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions for educational institutions and other sectors. The team focuses on delivering technology that drives process optimisation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
As an ERP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client engagements, and closing sales of our ERP products and services. You will work closely with marketing, pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure that prospects' needs are understood, presented with the right solution, and successfully converted into customers.
• Identify and generate new leads through cold-calling, email outreach, networking, industry events, and other channels.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and ERP requirements.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, scope, and drive closures to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate prospect needs into successful deliveries.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update the CRM, and provide regular forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine the sales strategy.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post sale and surface upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 0-2 years of experience in software/ERP sales, preferably within the Indian market.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, demonstrations, and events.
• Analytical mindset to map customer processes to ERP benefits.
• Customer-centric approach that builds trust and long-term value.
